Making a Purchase
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Making a purchase is straightforward. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We only accept bank transfer.
If any of the products on your order are out of stock, we will endeavour to inform you promptly.
When Will My Delivery Arrive?
This depends on which delivery service is available, and when you placed your order. We use services like DHL, UPS and Fedex. Generally, when you place your order on a working day, and after we receive the payment, delivery times will be as follows:
Depending on carrier available will be between 3 to 5 working days.
You will receive the respective tracking numbers under your order panel.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us after our couriers have attempted to deliver the goods and the consignment has been refused or not accepted by any person at the delivery address, a further charge for redelivery will be payable. If you do not wish to pay an additional charge the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded for the full cost of the goods on the order. Carriage charges will not be refunded cases such as this.
Back Orders
If the goods that you order are not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be entitled to cancel the order in full, cancel the out of stock item and receive the rest of the order, wait until the stock comes in or consider an alternative product.
Guarantee
We know you’ll love our selection of blank discs. But if you don’t, you can return any un-burnt media for exchange. We cannot replace discs that have been recorded. All that we ask is that you pay for the delivery cost. All goods sold by 1st4media import export sarl have a return to base warranty. This means that you have to send the goods back to us. Unless otherwise stated, all goods carry a 12 month warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy
1st4media import export sarl do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service, including e-marketing activities*
d. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
* We will not subscribe you to our mailing list if you tick the box that asks us not to. If you do subscribe to our mailing list, you may unsubscribe at any time.
Distance Selling Regulations – Cooling off Period (** not applicable to business customers)
All contracts between 1st4media import export sarl and the consumer are governed by the Distance Selling Regulations. These regulations are in place to offer protection to consumers who purchase goods on the internet and other mail order type transactions.
Within these regulations, the consumer has the right to a ‘cooling off period’ of 7 working days beginning on the day after the day that delivery of the goods takes place. The cooling off period is there to allow consumers to change their mind after they have received and seen the goods. Please note, the cooling off period will not apply in cases where the goods have been used or are not in as new condition (ie, are not in exactly the same condition as they were when received).
If you change your mind about a purchase you have made within the cooling off period, you are entitled to return any unused goods to 1st4media import export sarl for a full refund of any monies paid.

Once you have returned the goods and they have been inspected to ensure they are in as new condition, we will refund your money in not more than 30 days. When you are returning goods, make sure they are packaged well, and are in the condition they were in when you received them.
In all cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to 1st4media.eu, and for the safe keeping of the goods during transportation back. For this reason, when returning goods you are strongly advised to use an insured courier service that requires signature upon delivery, as 1st4media.eu cannot be held responsible for damage to goods in transit back to ourselves, or for packages that are lost in transit.
Returns
If after 7 working days and within 14 days of the date of delivery, you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it for exchange or refund. This excludes delivery charges. Please send an email to sales @ 1st4media.eu, stating the product you wish to return, the date you bought it and, if you would like to exchange, your preferred replacement product. We can advise you on a suitable replacement, if you wish. When you return goods, please either include a copy of your invoice, or a note which includes your order reference number. This helps us to deal with your return more quickly, as we know what it is and who sent it, when it arrives at our warehouse.
Please mark the outside of your packing box with the reference number, but DO NOT write on the actual product itself. Please package the products well, as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by mis-handling. Once we have your goods, we will either ship you the replacement, or refund you.
If the goods that you return have been opened and used, we will make a partial refund. If the goods are sealed and unused, we will refund in full.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods
If you return goods to us as faulty, we will test them. If they are found to be faulty, we will refund you in full. If you return discs to us, we will test three discs from the pack, in three different drives. If we find them to be without fault, we will only make a partial refund. This amount will reflect how much we can sell the opened pack of discs for. If you prefer, we can return the media to you, but you must pay for the cost of the delivery.
Description of Goods, Warranty and Liability
1st4media Import export sarl warrant that any product sold by us will, at the time of delivery, meet the manufacturers latest specification of the goods listed by product title on the website, due to the technical nature of the products we sell, specifications can change rapidly and are always subject to change without notice from the manufacturer. This is especially the case with, but in no way limited to, Lead-In Info on optical media products. Any text or images other than the product title are for illustrative purposes only.
While every effort is made to ensure that this information, and all other product information and specifications, is upto date and correct, it is often not practical or possible to publish correct specifications and the most up to date imagery. For the latest product specifications you should contact the relevant manufacturer.
Except where the Customer is dealing as a consumer, all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or conditions of the goods whether implied by Statute, Common Law or otherwise are excluded and the Customer warrants that the Customer is satisfied as to the Suitability of the Goods for the Customer’s purpose.
Trails and Evaluations
Goods are not sold on a trial or evaluation basis.
Law
Any contract between the customer and 1st4media Import export sarl will be governed by Luxembourg law. Any claims made against 1st4media Import export sarl within the small claims court system must be filed in a Luxembourg court.
